thanks for your reply
i'd ran the syncdb many times with no effect ,but i found the problem,
there is no records in site table.
with the following script the problem was fixed

from django.contrib.sites.models import Site
Site.objects.create(pk=1, domain='mdev.5buckchuck.com',
name='5buckchuck.com')

please if you know why this problem happened advice me
