Using the 1.4 beta on my workstation to perform a startproject yields a different result than what I was expecting.
I end up with: __init__.py manage.py settings.py urls.py mysite/ __init__.py settings.py urls.py When according to the documentation @ https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/dev/releases/1.4-beta-1/#updated-default-project-layout-and-manage-py I was expecting: manage.py mysite/ __init__.py settings.py urls.py Can anyone confirm this behavior and/or explain why this is happening? Why two settings files? Why is there an __init__ at the manage.py level? Why is there a urls.py file at that same level? -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Django users" group.
