^polls/ ^polls/(?P<poll_id>\d+)/results/$
^polls/ ^polls/(?P<poll_id>\d+)/vote/$
suggests that you did not follow the tutorial closely. Django keeps
telling you what's wrong - your urls.py in your application (pools)
duplicates the word "polls" in (most of) URL strings.
