hi coming from a background dealing with Relational database, i am q bit unfamiliar to the concepts of data modelling such as one to one,one to many etc.When to use them why to use them and the drawbacks of not using them.Could anyone please suggest a good resource(books,websites..) on quickly getting started with this thanks..
