Can you post a tarball of what you have in your project directory any where? Or just email it to me off-list? We weren't able to resolve the original poster's problem because I couldn't think of any further things to try out (and apparently neither could anybody else based on the huge non-response to the thread). If I could see a failing example it might be easier.
