I want to allow certain users to download files uploaded by other users.
I found django-protected-files[1] and django-private-files[2], both of which look like they do the job. The latter is more recent and is on Read The Docs, so it's probably the way to go.
Before I start reviewing the code and implementing, does anyone have any suggestions? Is there a "top dog" for this need?
