just one word warning with the link: the code as described does not work for me, since the parent Admin refers to field in its fieldsets attribute that refer to the child and this raises the error: ImproperlyConfigured at ... MetaModelAdmin.fieldsets[2][1]['fields']' refers to field 'type' that is missing from the form after removing the specific field and only leave it in the fieldsets of the Inline, everything is working fine -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Django users" group.
