Coulson, That's probably the best advice you are going to get. You're going to have to do it yourself - dive into HTML and get cracking. This list is about Django, a Web framework written in Python. You're question is so broad that it sounds like you're asking people to _design_ the whole website for you. That may not be what you intended to convey, but that's what it feels like. If you intent to do your website through Django, please try to research it as much as possible yourself. It's harder to understand people when they leave out punctuation. Periods and commas make your meaning more clear, which makes other people more able to help you.
