Well, Komodo Edit does support Django syntax but it has some issues with Django template tags. Specifically, as I have tested anyway, the block tag is kind of a mistery to Komodo Edit, but that'll probably get fixed in the next version. So I strongly encourage you to use Komodo Edit. Other editors are just miles away.
