That being said, I do need to hire python/django developers and system admins from time to time to help me out with projects or take something off my plate. Is there a good *free* resource to browse freelance Django developers and/or post freelance gigs? I'm typically hiring somebody to help with very small, open-source projects for which I am not trying to make money off of.
