Beware of titanium, it requires a net connection and you to be connected to their systems to use it's functionality. Had to logon to the local app to use it and logoff would shutdown the app. This turned me off of it. But I have been using aptana for a while now to get me started with new templates. It's great for that and yeah, it's sweet. I bring this up because appcelerator develops titanium and recently (as in a couple months ago) purchased aptana to be it's IDE.
