It's not possible to have a system that can access another, yet block access to the other system if hacked.
This is why it is impossible to have unbreakable encryption in consumer devices. You can't make a Blu-Ray player that doesn't contain the capability to decrypt Blu-Ray discs. Therefore, all a motivated individual has to do is figure out how to get at that information. It's never impossible.
