In regards to your original post, one thing I'd certainly like to see from this, is some example code from your developers. It doesn't need to be anything conclusive, just random snippets of code you guys have written. For a company to say they "specialise" in Django development, but to not have any clear evidence of open source contributions, or anywhere we can see your standards of code, doesn't look very good.
