Actually auth urls is 'appended' to urls in default backend (and should be added to your own backend if you create one).
Take a look at this line: http://1l.to/bf1/ ... so you don't need to add it (again) to your urls. I don't have this error with password_reset_complete view , but I'm using my clone of original repo with some useful patches (additions).
