No problem at all. You can post the code as an attachment to a ticket
in Django's ticket system.

The system doesn't let you post attachments until after you've created
a ticket in the first place, so first create a ticket with a summary
like "CGI support for Django." Then, after the ticket has been
created, you should see a button that lets you upload attachments. You
can upload your Python code via that attachment functionality.
