Sorted. But gosh, why did this simple error crash Python? for both these models, a recent change was to remove a database field and replace with function in the model. However I neglected to change the __unicode__() method for that model to change the the variable from "self.abcdefg" to "self.abcdefg()". Doing that for both fixed the crashing problem.
I've never been able to crash Python before. Exception handling always seemed to work. I feel rather proud. (but wonder how this possible). -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Django users" group. To post to this group, send email to django-us...@googlegroups.com.
