I looks like you have not added your polls app in the Settings.py
file.
Open your setting.py file
find the installed apps.. which will look something like this.
INSTALLED_APPS = (
'django.contrib.auth',
'django.contrib.contenttypes',
'django.contrib.sessions',
'django.contrib.sites',
'django.contrib.admin',
)
Now you have to add your polls app to the tuple of installed apps.
So should look somthing similar to this.
INSTALLED_APPS = (
'django.contrib.auth',
'django.contrib.contenttypes',
'django.contrib.sessions',
'django.contrib.sites',
'django.contrib.admin',
'mysite.polls',
)
