It doesn't say because it's pretty much implied -- it's $104 a night. Not everybody will be staying for the full length of the conference, and some people (like myself) will be there a day or so either side to account for jetlag/travel arrangements. Also... I don't even want to think what a $14.86 per night hotel would be like...
