So you are not running the new code. Did you follow the instructions in docs/install.txt? I would recommend not trying to install over the top of your 0.91 installation, but rather move that aside and put the new version in place afresh. Basically, you need to work out why the old code is being called in preference to the new code. And when you think you have made progress, do the obvious checks like seeing whether "django-admin.py --version" works.
