I don't know about the particular version you requested, but the latest
pytextile is part of Ubuntu and is available through either apt-get, or
if you want the tar ball, you can pull it from:
Package page:
http://packages.ubuntu.com/dapper/python/python-textile
Direct URL to tarball:
http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/p/python-textile/python-textile_2.0.10.orig.tar.gz
