This does not feel right. Though I understand the reasons that may have led the admins to this decision, it's always a failure when a community cannot evolve a way to handle a dysfunctional situation, and has to be prevented to face it, for whatever good reasons. Freedom of speech should be preserved in all but the direst occurrences, in which there is direct and evident harm to others.
