The wiki has a list of "bad content" which will result in an edit or a
ticket submission beign automatically rejected; this is to deal with
spammers attacking it. And historically, one of the most common
spammers to hit Django's wiki was someone who'd post Chinese-language
adverts for something to do with LED sales.

Perhaps, because of the common need to talk about the INSTALLED_APPS
setting, 'LED' could be removed in favor of somethign more precisely
targeted at the spammer?
