And is there a directory named "myapp" under the directory
"myproject"? If I misname the project, I get an error ending in:
"""
ImportError: No module named someproject
"""

If I misname the application, I get an error ending in:
"""
AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'someapp'
"""

So, unless things are whacky, you've specified the correct project, but
an invalid application.
