Agreed, but in the meantime, I think it's great to stick it all in there. It's a great repository for learning first of all, as is the admin, secondly it gains exposure for those projects early on and helps the community focus on improving those rather than re-inventing the wheel. It's OK to create a new app in house, that's fun, beneficial and educational, but the dull bug-fixing long-term app- maintaining effort should be focussed on as few blog implementations as possible :-).
