I think this point needs re-iterating. The documentation in Django is very, very helpful. I talk as someone who got involved in Zope some 7+ years ago in the v1.0.3 days when the documentation was appalling, and doing anything was a major breakthrough. There's a lot more Zope documentation available now of course, and at many differing levels, but the Django docs certainly hit a 'sweet spot' with me.
I've learnt a lot from the documentation, and feel it won't be long before I'm comfortable describing Django to my team. Mind you, you still have to read the documentation! - see my post in the Atom thread ;) So a big +1 to everyone involved in creating the documentation - it's very much appreciated.
