Yes, that's in the template. See Tutorial 2 for information on how to change that: http://www.djangoproject.com/documentation/tutorial2/#customize-the-admin-look-and-feel It's the part that begins: "Clearly, having 'Django administration' and 'example.com' at the top of each admin page is ridiculous."
