I personaly recommend XStandard (http://xstandard.com/), AFAIK it is *the best* WYSIWYG online XHTML editor on the market. They have a piad version and a free version - which rocks as well, only it lacks web services support and a few more sexy features.
PS: Don't hate me because it's ActiveX control, sacrifices must be made :)
