I have a project with several directories. For some odd reason some of the
django.po files don't change after I run makemessages, but the files in 2
directories change and the only change is the line of `POT-Creation-Date`
- even if nothing else changes. This is a regression from Django 5.2.*.
I checked and this happens also with `Django==6.0`.
