Comment:

 `signing.dumps()` uses the default `Singer` algorithm, i.e. `SHA256` (as
 documented). I'm not sure why you want to force unsafe `SHA1`, but you can
 do this by using `TimestampSigner(algorithm="sha1")` in your code.
