#33188: Configurable default verbose_name for models

 Currently, verbose name is generated as
 {{{
 self.verbose_name = camel_case_to_spaces(self.object_name)
 }}}
 (see Options.py for more details)
 But I'd like to also use `capfirst`, so it will be nice to be able to
 configure default behavior across the app.
