It is mentioned in
[https://github.com/django/deps/blame/main/accepted/0009-async.rst#L429-L431
one of the DEPs] that any long-running management command should
periodically call `close_old_connections` to get rid of any connections
that can't be re-used any longer, but there is no mention about that
anywhere in the Documentation.
This should be probably documented somewhere next to the management
commands or in advanced database usage examples.
