 Sure. As suggested, we could add a member function, something like this

 {{{
 def log(self, msg, level=2):
   if self.verbosity >= level:
     sys.stderr.write(msg + os.linesep)
 }}}

 Should we stick with `print` for now or use `sys.stderr.write` / `Logger`?
