Thanks for detailed report. I didn't reproduce yet, but I'm going to
tentatively accept for future investigation. Unfortunately proposed patch
breaks some tests in the `tests/servers/`.
This can be a regression in 934acf1126995f6e6ccba5947ec8f7561633c27f.
