`geography` columns are supported only on PostGIS, also an example from
the ticket description works on SpatiaLite (see
[https://github.com/django/django/blob/738e9e615dc81b561c9fb01439119f4475c2e25b/tests/gis_tests/distapp/tests.py#L50-L102
similar tests]).
