#30979: Unreliable variable value

I have created a list in which I append thread numbers.
The list changes only when I remove or add thread.
But when I trying to read the array using rest ajax call, I
sometimes(about 20% time, get an empty list) but if I reload the page it
reads correctly again.
What is going one, how to make a constant variable resistant and reliable
to multiple reads.
