#30279: PASSWORD_RESET_TIMEOUT_DAYS why i cant set it in no of hours.

I have a requirement that I have to expiry the token after 3 hours, but
not found anything how I can do this because PASSWORD_RESET_TIMEOUT_DAYS
allow me to set in days. Suggest me some workaround.
