Comment:

 Duplicate of #1193.

 You can use the 'builtins' option of
 [https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/stable/ref/templates/api/#configuring-
 an-engine DjangoTemplates] to avoid the need to load a particular tag.

 You'll have to make your concrete proposal on the DevelopersMailingList to
 see if there's consensus. I'm doubtful there would be.
