I checked that tests pass on PostGIS 2.5.
Per https://trac.osgeo.org/postgis/wiki/UsersWikiPostgreSQLPostGIS PosGIS
2.1 is EOL and 2.2 was planned to be EOL in August, however they are going
to [https://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/postgis-
devel/2018-September/027349.html make the final release soon] (i.e. before
Django 2.2 release).
