As discussed on
https://github.com/django/django/pull/10414#discussion_r219345659, there
are a lot of old links in the settings reference docs. Some, like
https://www.owasp.org/index.php/HTTPOnly should be replaced with a link to
more up to date information. Others just need tweaking to use https.
