I think this fix may be obsolete as I tried adding
`@override_settings(TIME_ZONE='Hora_estándar_de_Argentina')` to
`test_cache_write_unpicklable_object` (one of the failing tests in this
report). Even on Windows, that gave an `UnknownTimeZoneError` from pytz.
