I think the functionality could be useful but it would be nice to document
a more useful use case. Also, the patch documents the new functionality as
`Select.opt_attrs` but the implementation is on `ChoiceWidget`. Other
classes such as `RadioSelect` inherit from `ChoiceWidget`, not from
`Select`.
