`django-admin startproject` does by default add
`django.contrib.staticfiles` to `INSTALLED_APPS`, but it is not part of
the `INSTALLED_APPS`

defaults], which makes this text slightly misleading.
Suggest replacing '(default)' with '(default via django-admin
startproject)' or similar.
