#27275: Use verbose names for fields in construct_change_message

`construct_change_message` method of `ModelAdmin` class from
`django.contrib.admin.options` module uses field names defined by
developer (from code). They make no sense for non-English users of admin
site.
For example for Russian language:

Изменен phone.
}}}
should be:
{{{
Изменен телефон.
}}}
where `телефон` is a `verbose_name` of `phone` field.
