Two contrib.admin deprecation message mention: `Use
django.utils.safestring.format_html(), format_html_join(), or mark_safe()
instead.`
`mark_safe` is indeed in `django.utils.safestring`, but the `format_html`
utilities are in `django.utils.html`.
