Fixed after [https://github.com/rtfd/readthedocs.org/issues/2285 filing a
support ticket]. docs.djangoproject.com was also generating an incorrect
link. The correct one is:
https://media.readthedocs.org/pdf/django/1.10.x/django.pdf (lower case
'x')
