As part of the [https://groups.google.com/d/topic/django-
developers/WD_mPzvGMZI/discussion URL dispatching work] targeted for
Django 1.10, `django.core.urlresolvers` is moved to `django.urls`. I'd
like this code move submitted as a separate pull request to make review
easier.
