syncdb says:

[syndb] is now just an alias to [migrate]
}}}
which isn't true in 1.7.x. https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/1.7/ref
/django-admin/#django-admin-migrate (in the same page) on the other hand
is correct and notes the difference between them.
