#24129: Add indicator that migrations are rendering model states before applying
the first migration
--------------------------------------------+---------------------

Type: New feature | Status: new
Component: Core (Management commands) | Version: master

When running migrations, right before the "Applying
someapp.0001_initial... OK" output, the process seems to hang. I propose
to add an indicator like "Rendering model states... DONE" to make users
aware of the fact that Django is still doing something.

This is a simple fix after #24123 is fixed.
