AFAIK, if you are member of the team, you can translate freely on
Transifex. The coordinator's role is mostly for accepting new members.
Even if strings are not reviewed, their status is still translated.
Once the intro resource will be *fully* translated, we might add Korean
on docs.djangoproject.com.
