Does anyone know if FIRST_DAY_OF_WEEK in en_GB was set to Sunday after a lot of thought, or was it just copying the formats.py of en?
I've canvassed around my colleagues here in the UK and there is a pretty clear consensus that the week starts on Monday, like in mainland Europe. In the distant past it was often Sunday, like in the US, but these days we definitely start on Monday with the working week. Does anyone have any objections to changing this?
